Our client, TrainYo and their team, set out to make careers in tech sales more accessible by training and placing aspiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from diverse backgrounds. They needed a brand identity and digital presence that would resonate with both learners and hiring partners, while communicating credibility, inclusivity, and a modern edge.
Process
Working closely with the TrainYo team, we explored their mission, values, and positioning, focusing on the balance between professional trust and youthful energy. Together, we developed a bold and approachable visual identity, supported by vibrant digital assets and editorial-style presentations that reflected their dynamic training model. We also designed a clean, scrollable landing page to clearly explain the program, along with social media templates and marketing materials to ensure consistency across every channel.
Result
The collaboration with our client and their team delivered a cohesive brand system that speaks to both trainees and employers.
