We provide graphic design and related creative services, including but not limited to:
 

• Logo design

• Brand identity design

• Digital and marketing design

• Web design and related creative services

 
Project details, including deliverables, timelines and pricing, will be outlined in a formal proposal, quotation or written agreement.


2. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.


3. Client Responsibilities
 
You agree to:
 

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when submitting enquiries or working with us

• Supply required materials in a timely manner

• Respond to feedback, proofs or approval requests within agreed timelines
   

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of any personal account details or access credentials shared during a project.


4. Proposals, Quotes and Agreements
 
All quotes or proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Approval of a proposal, quote or written agreement constitutes a binding contract.


5. Payment Terms
 

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any work begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the delivery of final files or the transfer of usage rights.

• Payments may be made using any accepted payment method listed on our website or invoice.

• All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may delay project delivery and may incur reasonable late fees.

 
Final files will only be released once full payment has been received.


6. Revisions and Approval

Revisions included in your project will be outlined in the proposal or estimate. Any additional changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as extra work, quoted separately, and approved before we proceed. Once the final design has been approved, any further changes will be considered new work and billed accordingly.


7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
 

• All draft work, concepts and unapproved designs remain our property.

• Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights of the final approved design are transferred to you.

• We retain the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio, website, social media and marketing materials, unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
  
   

8. Copyright and Client-Provided Materials
 
By submitting any text, images, logos or other materials for use in your project, you confirm that:
 

• You own the rights to the materials, or

• You have permission to use them for the project.

 
We are not responsible for copyright or trademark issues that arise from materials supplied by you.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
 

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, financial or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project.
  
   

10. Cancellation Policy
 
Either party may terminate a project in writing.
 
If a project is cancelled:
 

• The initial deposit is non-refundable.

• You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
  
   

11. Third-Party Services 
 
We may use third-party providers (such as hosting platforms, printers or payment processors).
We are not responsible for third-party performance, delays, errors or policies.

 
12. Modifications to These Terms 
 
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or services following any changes means you accept the updated terms.

 
13. Governing Law
 
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
